These Terms apply to your use of www.nbloop.com and purchases from nbloop. The store is operated by 湖北宇宙商贸有限公司 (Hubei Yuzhou Trading Co., Ltd.; English translation), referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting provisions.
1. Using the store
You may use the store for lawful shopping, product research, account management, and related communications. To place an order, you must have the legal capacity required in your location or act with appropriate permission and authority.
Provide accurate order, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, if an account is used, and should notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the store to commit fraud, misuse another person's information, upload malicious code, interfere with security or normal operation, place unauthorized transactions, infringe intellectual property rights, or submit unlawful, threatening, or deceptive content.
We may take proportionate steps to address misuse, including restricting an account or refusing an unlawful transaction. This does not remove rights concerning valid orders or refunds required by law.
3. Products and website information
Product descriptions identify the item offered, its available options, and what is included. Read dimensions, materials, installation information, and care instructions before ordering. Objects used for styling or demonstration are included only if expressly stated on the product page.
We aim to present products accurately. Colors and visual appearance may vary with screens and lighting; minor manufacturing variation may also occur. This does not excuse supplying a product that materially differs from its description or is defective.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain it and, where appropriate, offer a correction or cancellation with a refund. We will not impose an increased price on an existing order without your agreement.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order submission is a request to purchase the selected products. An initial confirmation acknowledges receipt and is not necessarily final acceptance. Unless earlier acceptance is expressly communicated or applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
Orders remain subject to genuine availability, payment authorization, and lawful transaction review. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for the canceled items. Any legally required shipment-delay notices or cancellation rights remain applicable.
5. Pricing and payment
Review the checkout currency, product price, discounts, shipping charge, and taxes or duties collected by us before paying. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Payment methods are those currently offered at checkout.

6. Delivery, cancellation, and returns
Our shipping policy explains the processing estimate, transit estimate, and standard shipping charge. Our return policy explains the 30-day voluntary return window and applicable statutory rights.
Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. Fulfillment progress may limit routine changes, but does not remove any mandatory cancellation right. Liability for loss or damage in delivery is determined by applicable law and the circumstances, rather than automatically transferred to you when a parcel is handed to a carrier.
7. Product use
Use products for their stated purpose and follow the supplied instructions. Check compatibility, dimensions, fitting requirements, and any stated weight, temperature, or material limitations. Do not assume safety characteristics or certifications that are not stated for the particular product.
Store and use items with appropriate care, including keeping unsuitable small parts or other hazards away from children. These instructions do not limit our responsibilities for defective or unsafe products under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property and brand use
Store content, including original text, graphics, layout, and branding, may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or the relevant rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law.
Commercial reproduction or misleading use of nbloop branding requires permission from the appropriate rights holder. References to third-party marks or products do not imply that we own those marks or are endorsed by their owners.
9. Reviews and feedback
Submit only content you have the right to share, and avoid including private information about others. Reviews should reflect your actual experience. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, spam, or irrelevant content without suppressing truthful reviews solely because they are negative.
If you voluntarily provide a review or feedback, you permit us to display that submission in connection with our store and to make reasonable formatting edits without changing its meaning, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. You retain any ownership rights in your original submission.
10. Platform and third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information for store services. Where Shopify Enhanced Services are enabled, this may include services informed by your interactions with other merchants and Shopify, with information processed by Shopify and other providers internationally. 11. Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the store accessible, but maintenance, technical issues, and service interruptions may occur. Contact us if an interruption affects your order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or losses arising from business use of products sold for personal household use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory product, consumer, privacy, or fraud-related obligations.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Mandatory laws that apply to your transaction or protect consumers in your location continue to apply. These Terms do not require you to waive a legally protected right to bring a claim in a competent court or contact a relevant authority.
If you have a concern, contact us so we can work to resolve it. Contacting support is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a statutory remedy.
13. Updates
We may revise these Terms for future use of the store and future orders. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights arising from an existing order. Where additional notice or consent is legally required, we will provide it.
