Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how nbloop collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit www.nbloop.com, shop with us, or contact us. It also explains choices and rights that may apply to you.
1. Who we are
nbloop is operated by 湖北宇宙商贸有限公司 (Hubei Yuzhou Trading Co., Ltd.; English translation). This company is responsible for the personal information processed for our store operations and, where applicable, acts as the data controller.
Email: service@nbloop.com
Phone: +1 (213) 873-4745
Registered business address: Room 810-2, 8th Floor, Comprehensive Office Building, No. 6 Jinlong Road, Jingui Community, Fushan Subdistrict, Xianning High-tech Development Zone, Xianning, Hubei, China.
2. Information we collect and its sources
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use our store, and information received from service providers involved in your transactions or communications. Depending on your interaction, this includes:
- Contact and account information: Name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, and account details if you create an account.
- Order information: Products selected or purchased, order value, discounts, transaction references, payment status, delivery information, and return or refund records.
- Support information: Messages, feedback, photographs, and other information you provide when seeking assistance.
- Device and activity information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie or similar identifiers, referring pages, pages and products viewed, searches, cart activity, checkout events, and purchase events.
- Preferences: Marketing subscriptions and privacy or cookie choices where recorded.
Payment providers collect the payment credentials needed to process a transaction. We may receive limited information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card type, or masked account information. Please do not send complete payment credentials to our support team.
3. Why we use information
We use information to operate the store; handle orders, payments, delivery, returns, and support; communicate about transactions; maintain security; prevent misuse and fraud; understand store performance; improve products and services; carry out marketing where permitted; and comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Providing information necessary for an order is required to complete that order. Providing optional marketing preferences is not required to purchase.
4. Shopify and other service providers
Our store is hosted on Shopify. We share information with Shopify and providers supporting payments, hosting, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, communications, and security as needed for those functions.
Where Shopify Enhanced Services, including Shopify Network Intelligence, are enabled for our store, Shopify may use information about interactions with our store together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide and improve those services, including advertising features. Shopify and participating providers may process information in other countries.
For Shopify's own processing and related choices, read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit the Shopify Privacy Portal.
5. Meta/Facebook advertising tracking
We use Meta/Facebook advertising tracking tools to measure advertising results and support relevant advertising. These tools can disclose online identifiers, device and network information, and events such as page views, product views, cart activity, checkout activity, and purchases to Meta. Event information may include the products involved and transaction value.
The information shared depends on the enabled integration, data-sharing settings, and applicable consent or opt-out choices. If a setting uses customer matching or server-to-server event sharing, it may also share contact identifiers, such as name, email address, telephone number, or location, for matching purposes.
Meta's processing is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. See Your Privacy Choices to request an advertising-related opt-out or learn about your choices.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies for necessary functions such as cart operation, checkout, security, and saving relevant settings. Other technologies may support preferences, usage measurement, and advertising, including the Meta tracking described above.
Where consent is legally required, optional tracking should operate only with your consent. You may withdraw consent through the cookie preference tool where available or contact us. Browsing the store or accepting these policies does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional advertising tracking.
Browser controls can remove or restrict cookies, but may affect store functions. Browser restrictions alone may not stop all server-side disclosures associated with an account or transaction.
7. Advertising-related sale or sharing
Disclosures to advertising partners may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is paid for the information. We do not describe our advertising disclosures as exempt simply because they are not cash sales.
Where applicable, you may opt out of these activities by contacting us or using available store privacy controls. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law. A choice associated with one browser or device may need to be repeated on others; tell us if you also want a request associated with your customer account.
8. Marketing communications
If you subscribe to promotional emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those messages or by contacting us. This does not prevent necessary non-promotional communications about orders, payments, delivery, returns, account security, or privacy requests.
9. Other disclosures
We may disclose relevant information where necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or handle a business reorganization or transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Providers may have independent legal responsibilities for their own processing.
10. Legal grounds where required
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on contract performance for purchases and support, legal obligations for required records, legitimate interests for proportionate security and service improvement where permitted, and consent for activities requiring it. You may withdraw consent or object to relevant processing by contacting us.
11. Retention and international processing
We retain information for as long as necessary for its purpose, considering order completion, returns, required financial records, security, disputes, and legal retention obligations. Records needed for a legal obligation may be retained after an account is closed or a deletion request is received. Advertising and browser data retention may also depend on the relevant provider and settings.
Our business is based in China and we serve customers internationally. Information may be processed in China and countries where Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers operate. Where required, international transfers must use an appropriate lawful mechanism, such as applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards. Contact us to request information about safeguards applicable to your information.
12. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of advertising-related sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Additional rights concerning sensitive information may apply where relevant.
Email service@nbloop.com with the subject Privacy Request, or call +1 (213) 873-4745. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may reasonably verify identity before releasing, changing, or deleting protected information. Simple advertising opt-outs do not require the same identity verification as access to account records.
Authorized agents may make requests where permitted, with appropriate evidence of authority. We respond within applicable legal timeframes and explain any lawful restriction or refusal. Where an appeal right applies, contact us with the subject Privacy Appeal. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
13. Children, security, and external websites
Our store is intended for general household shopping and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under another applicable minimum age, without legally required authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that requires removal or other action.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Links to outside websites or services lead to providers with their own privacy practices. This policy does not describe all processing carried out independently by those providers.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
For questions or requests, contact service@nbloop.com or +1 (213) 873-4745. Our operating entity and registered address appear in Section 1. Further practical options are explained on Your Privacy Choices.
